Start your journey with a Cacao Opening Ceremony, setting intentions in a sacred, heart-opening ritual. Dive into a Partners Yoga & Gong Therapy session designed for deep soul connection, whether you attend solo or with a partner, followed by Transformative Breathwork—an experience crafted to release limiting beliefs and unveil your true self.
As well as a workshop on Communication in Energy Workshop, a unique opportunity to explore how energy affects our interactions and deepen your understanding of connection. This workshop offers tools for mindful communication, making it a powerful practice for both singles and couples.
End the day with an intimate Soundbath & Closing Meditation to harmonize and integrate all you’ve experienced.
For those seeking an even deeper immersion, 4 lucky people will have the option to extend their stay overnight (additional charge applies), while up to 20 day participants are welcome from 10 am to 5 pm.
A delicious lunch is included, providing time to bond and create meaningful connections with others.

***Refund Policy with Solauna Wellness & Misty Ridge retreat B&B

A 10-person minimum commitment is required for all retreats. If this minimum is not met, the retreat may be rescheduled.
In the event of rescheduling due to inclement weather, a 50% refund will be provided. The remaining 50% will be applied to the new retreat date.
Payments are non-refundable if canceled by the participant.
